Tony Mason is Perpetual Trust’s specialist Mortgage Services Manager. With 35 years in valuation and lending, Tony’s experience is invaluable to lending clients and investors alike.
The Perpetual Trust Mortgage Fund has been one of the top performing Mortgage Funds in New Zealand and has outlasted many competitors. This is testament to Tony's skill in the industry and the continual review of the
mortgage management process he implemented many years ago.
Tony ensures he keeps up to date with the latest developments in this industry through regular contact with governing bodies, clients and referrers. In addition, he has completed a Diploma in Business Studies (Personal Financial Planning) and holds a Diploma in Farm Management and Valuation and was previously a Registered Valuer.
Away from work Tony is an avid golfer, mountain biker and runner. He enjoys travelling, the arts (theatre and music) and thoroughly enjoys comedy - a reflection of his passion and desire to enjoy life. When Tony isn’t participating in any of the above, you will most likely find him in the garden or perhaps enjoying a glass of fine wine!
