Experience is critical in dealing with the often-complex situations in life and ‘experience’ describes, as no other word can, the mix of knowledge, intuition and expertise that Allan has accumulated in his 30 plus years in the Trustee Industry. Joining Perpetual in 1997, Allan has been assisting clients with their estate planning and asset management programmes over a number of years.

Allan believes that experience alone cannot produce the results clients want. However, in a society with changing values and new laws, it does present an excellent mix from which counsel can be given. Allan’s skill and knowledge is based on a sound understanding of the needs of individuals and their families.

Born and raised in Golden Bay, Allan is a keen outdoorsman. With a passion for tramping, fly-fishing and sailing, he enjoys taking advantage of the natural beauty of New Zealand. Allan is married with an adult family.
