CashPlus Fund
The objective of the Fund is to provide exposure to a range of New Zealand and Australian investments in cash, bank and non-bank term deposits, and high quality bonds, as well as mortgages, both directly and indirectly.
The Fund offers returns competitive with 90 day bank rates. It aims to balance higher returns with risk actively managed through diversification and allocation of investments in different types of short term debt instruments. The Fund holds a small investment in the Perpetual Mortgage Fund, a New Zealand unit trust.
